The Ambassador Program is an alliance of individuals who, through their association, positively influence economic growth in the Halifax Regional Municipality through promotion of Halifax as a premier destination for meetings, conventions and special events. On an ongoing basis, The Ambassador Program accepts applications for membership from individuals who are engaged in representation and promotion of the city as a destination of choice for meetings, conferences, tradeshows and special events.
Pride of place is a fundamental quality of the residents of Halifax, and as a result our residents are an effective extension of the Destination Halifax Sales force. The Ambassador Program is a key program of Destination Halifax and its citywide partners. It exists to assist those individuals who act upon their strong sense of pride in our community as they promote Halifax to the world!
